POHA FRY (AVAL FRY)
INGREDIENTS
Poha – 2 cup
Jeera – 1tsp
Red chillies – 2 or 3
Oil – 1tbs
Salt to taste
METHOD
Heat pan, add 1 tbs of oil
When oil is hot add jeera and red chillies and when the jeera is fried add the poha.
Add salt to taste
Keep on stirring the poha till it is crispy and well cooked.
Your snack is ready
