INGREDIENTS

Bread – 2 slices
Milk – 1 cup
Condensed milk – ½ cup
Almonds – 5
Pistachio – 3
Cardamom – 2
Sugar – ¼ cup

METHOD

Scramble the bread into small pieces into a microwave safe bowl.
Add sugar, milk and condensed milk.
Mix the ingredients and microwave for 5 mins.
Powder the cardamom, add it to the bowl and again microwave for 3 mins.
Grate the almonds and pistachio, add it to the bowl and microwave for 2 mins.
Allow it to cool. Refrigerate and serve
