COCONUT CHUTNEY



INGREDIENTS

Grated coconut – 1/4 cup
Pottu kadalai (fried gram) – 1 tbs
Green chillies – 3
Garlic cloves – 2
Ginger – 1/4 inch piece
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves – few

METHOD

Grind coconut, pottu kadalai, green chillies, garlic, ginger and salt in a mixer along with a little water into a fine paste.
Heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves and add it to the chutney
