PRAWN FRY



INGREDIENTS

Prawn – 250 gms
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Chilly powder – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Food colour – a pinch (optional)
Corn flour – 1 tbs
Salt to taste
Oil – for frying

METHOD

Wash the prawns and remove the excess water.
Mix all the above ingredients with the prawn.
Heat oil in a wok and fry the prawns for 3 mins.
Serve hot with ketchup or mayonnaise.
