ONION TOMATO RAITHA



INGREDIENTS

Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Green chillies – 1
Curd – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
Uradh dal – ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves – few
Salt to taste

METHOD

Chop the onion, tomato and green chilly into very fine pieces.
In a pan, heat oil and add the mustard seeds and uradh dal.
After mustard seeds splutter add the onion and sauté till it is transparent and add the tomato.
Keep sautéing add salt and allow to cool.
Mix with curd and garnish with coriander leaves.
