CHICKEN PEPPER FRY



INGREDIENTS

Boneless chicken – 250 Gms
Onion – 1
Red chillies – 2
Saunf (fennel seeds) – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – few
Coriander leaves - few
Oil – 1 tbs
Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Salt to taste

METHOD

Chop the chicken and onion into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add the fennel seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
Add the ginger garlic paste, chicken and salt.
Cook the chicken in low flame, stirring occasionally.
When the chicken is cooked, add pepper powder and cook for a min.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

SERVING TIPS

This is very good side dish for chicken gravy or rasam.
